Cement
The Cement Division was established in 1960, selecting Kaohsiung's Dagang Mountain as the mining area and building the Dahu and Alian Cement Plants. UCCTW became the third cement manufacturer in Taiwan, supporting the nation's infrastructure and industrial development over the years.
Currently, operations focus on the Alian Cement Plant, which primarily grinds and processes clinker purchased from multiple suppliers to produce high-quality cement products, with an annual output of approximately 350,000 tons. Additionally, UCCTW participates in an international joint venture, Huanchung Cement International, with Taiheiyo Cement Corporation to handle the import, export, and sale of cement and clinker.

Ready-Mixed Concrete
The Ready-Mixed Concrete Division was established in 1988 with the construction of the Dahu RMC Plant. Since then, the division has expanded to become a leading regional RMC brand in Taiwan, serving both public infrastructure and industrial projects across multiple regions.
Currently, UCCTW operates 9 RMC plants directly and manages 2 additional plants through a subsidiary, with a combined annual output of approximately 2.1 million cubic meters. UCCTW's concrete is designed with optimized cementation and chloride reaction, using recycled materials to reduce cement usage and carbon dioxide emissions, supporting sustainable construction. Representative projects include TSMC plants, China Steel facilities, Taichung Metro, Kaohsiung Metro, and Mitsui Outlet Park.

Building Material
The Building Material Division was established in 1991 with the construction of Taiwan's first domestic gypsum board plant. Over the years, it has become the country's leading manufacturer of fire-resistant gypsum boards, holding the highest market share. In 2020, the division also became a retailer of architectural wall panels from Nichiha Corporation in Japan, offering diversified solutions for indoor and exterior applications. Currently, the division operates 2 plants in Taoyuan and Kaohsiung with an annual output of approximately 34 million square meters.
UCCTW's gypsum boards are designed to minimize environmental impact and support a circular economy. From raw materials to production, application, and recycling, the process reduces natural resource waste. The division has integrated the Nichiha wall-panel system to offer pre-fabrication solutions that reduce labor, maintain consistent quality, and enhance construction efficiency. Products are sold in compliance with green building standards, and recycled gypsum boards are continuously promoted with a 100% reuse rate. Representative projects include National Taichung Theater, Taipei 101, W Hotel Taipei, China Steel HQ, Venetian Macao, and Marina Bay Sands Singapore.
